Al naso non pu\u00f2 che risultare morbido grazie al suo lungo invecchiamento con una punta pepata e soffi dolci di scorza di limone e toffee, ma la maturazione finale in botti di rovere marino mettono in evidenza le note marine di alghe, cristalli di sale e fumo tipiche di un fal\u00f2 sulla spiaggia.
