St. James 2001 Brut De Fût is selected by Velier and bottled at 50.3% in just 1,137 bottles. Rhum Agricole made with pure sugar cane juice and distilled through a Creole column, it is the result of maturation starting from September 2001 in some of the best American ex-bourbon oak casks.
