Très Vieux Rhum Agricole XO is aged completely in recombined ex bourbon barrels, the elegant coppery tone precedes a splendid rum on the palate. It has a generous bouquet of roasted nuts, lemon and sage on the nose, which goes well with the chewy sweet cake and flavors of mango and passion fruit. The experience is accentuated by white pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
